This annual event is sponsored by the GCSS and takes place in various cities in the US. The purpose of the Meeting of the Minds is to create a forum for a serious discussion of specific aspects of the Gonstead System. Each year the meeting has a different topic for discussion with guest presenters, speakers, panels, and research updates.
The Meeting of the Minds is an opportunity to learn from many of the Gonstead system’s longest practicing and accomplished Doctors. Because it is a participatory event, MoM is open to GCSS Fellows, Diplomates, Diplomate-candidates, and any Gonstead chiropractor who has been in practice at least 20 years. However, if you have between 10 and 19 years in practice but are not yet a Gonstead Diplomate you may attend Meeting of the Minds ONE time. Attendance at future meetings requires a Diplomate Application. Membership with the GCSS is not a pre-requisite.
If you would like to make suggestions for future conferences or make comments regarding Meeting of the Minds, please contact Dr. Jerry Mendez at MendezDC@PrecisionFamilyHealth.com.
The Annual Gonstead Meeting of the Minds takes place each fall. The formal meeting convenes on Saturday through Sunday, with several doctor/student activities scheduled for Friday afternoon and evening.
Attendance at MoM-XVII qualifies for up to 12 hours continuing education credits for re-licensing! (Verify your state’s eligibility)

This annual event is co-hosted by the GCSS and the Gonstead Methodology Institute in conjunction with the GMI Knee-Chest Seminar.
Every year, doctors from several generations attend and teach while students become sponge-like absorbing all the great Gonstead class offerings. Unlike other seminars, attendees pick and choose which classes to attend. Moving from one class to the next or repeating a particular subject puts you in control of your learning.
Mark your calendars now and plan to attend this outstanding event. We dare say it is one of the best Gonstead gatherings each year. Half of all proceeds from the Extravaganza go directly to the research fund. The GCSS Board of Directors donate their time and talents for this event paying their own travel and lodging expenses.
There will be Diplomate testing on Friday & Saturday. Today is the perfect day to put your Diplomate Application Packet in order and submit it to the home office. Additional information about the program is available on Diplomate page on this site. Should you have questions or need assistance with your application, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org. All applications and materials must be received by the home office 30 days prior to the test date.
